Case Dropped Due to Insufficient Evidence

Our client was charged with speeding and driving without insurance on multiple occasions in Greenock. The offences, when taken together, could have resulted in excess of 30 penalty points being imposed. The Crown, however, was not in a position to prove who was driving the vehicle at the material times and the matter was marked no further proceedings after we made certain representations to the Crown in relation to these essential evidential issues.
