Dangerous Driving Springhill Parkway Glasgow

Our client had been accused of dangerous driving by mounting a pavement and colliding with a stationary van before making off at speed.

All of this factually happened and had been captured on dashcam video.

Our client was simply escaping a road rage situation precipitated by the driver in front.

Our Mr Simpson attended Glasgow Sheriff Court on 5th December 2025 and persuaded the Crown to accept a plea to the lesser charge of careless driving.

The Presiding Sheriff endorsed our client's licence with 6 penalty points and fined him £380.

Job done.
