Drug Driving Case Dropped

Our client was accused of driving under the influence of cannabis, providing a blood reading of 4.4ug.

She was recommended to contact our Firm and we set to work.

Upon receiving the evidence in the case, we identified a number of procedural irregularities in the way police had obtained and tested the sample.

Following representations made to the Crown by our Mr Simpson, the case was discontinued on the morning of the Intermediate Diet on 13th June 2025.
