Our client was facing a charge of dangerous driving as he had collided with an oncoming vehicle. A conviction would have had dire consequences for our client and there was also time pressure attached to it.

We acted quickly and were able to persuade the Procurator Fiscal to drop the charge to careless driving.

Our Mr Simpson attended Fort William Sheriff Court on 5th August 2025 and persuaded the Sheriff to impose 5 penalty points.
