Speeding On M80 Motorway Not Guilty

Our client was charged with speeding at 84.07mph within a 50mph limit. The Crown sought an adjournment of the trial due to a lack of preparation which was refused following our submission that it would not be appropriate to delay the case any further. The matter was therefore deserted simpliciter.
