Dangerous Driving 65/30

Our client was facing a lengthy ban for dangerous driving, having been clocked at 65/30. He had missed the initial court date and a warrant had been granted for his arrest. We were able to have the warrant recalled and dates assigned.

Our Mr Simpson attended Glasgow Sheriff Court on 17th September 2025 and the Crown was persuaded to drop the matter down to speeding. A plea was tendered resulting in 6 penalty points and a fine of £640.
