Our client was facing an allegation of dangerous driving contrary to the Road Traffic Act 1988, Section 2 (as amended).

The allegation was, in essence, a dodgy overtake in appalling weather. 

We carried out extensive investigations and uncovered a wealth of evidence that had been unavailable at the time the decision had been taken to initiate proceedings against our client.

We held a meeting with the senior prosecutor who was ultimately persuaded to discontinue the prosecution entirely.
