Our monthly column in the Daily Record’s motoring supplement was published until 2016. Michael Lyon acted as Consultant on the Road Traffic Offences and Disqualification section of The Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia, published on 25 August 2014. The Encyclopaedia is the cornerstone of the Scots lawyer’s library.
