Dangerous Driving Dropped To Careless After Collision

Our client was facing a disqualification for dangerous driving and had been recommended to speak to our Firm.

We thoroughly examined the evidence against him and, following several months of negotiations and meetings with senior prosecutors, the Crown (with considerable hesitation) accepted the driving was careless.

On 25th June 2025 our Mr Simpson represented the client at Hamilton Sheriff Court, securing 6 points and a relatively small fine for what had been a very serious collision.
