Dangerous Driving Ends With 4 Penalty Points

Our client was accused of dangerous driving by travelling at a grossly excessive speed (45/20). 

We were instructed and managed to persuade the Procurator Fiscal that the offence that had been committed was, in fact, speeding and not dangerous driving.

Our Mr Simpson attended Selkirk Sheriff Court on 8th July 2025 and her licence was endorsed with 4 penalty points and she was fined £420.
