Dumbarton JP Court - Police Crash - Not Guilty

Our client was accused of careless driving by failing to observe a police van turning and slamming into the side of it.

We were asked to assist. It was immediately apparent that our client had not been driving without due care and attention. She alleged that the police van performed an illegal u-turn (correct) and failed to indicate and failed to observe her.

The case rumbled on for almost a year, however, on the morning of the second trial, the Crown threw in the towel.

No points, no fine, nada.

Just a happy client.
