Our client was accused of being in-charge of a motor vehicle whilst over the prescribed limit.

Our Mr Simpson attended for the Trial Diet on 9th September 2025.

The Procurator Fiscal was persuaded on the morning of the Trial to discontinue proceedings against our client.
