Not Guilty Perth Sheriff Court Dangerous Driving

Our client was charged with dangerous driving by pulling sharply in front of another vehicle and performing an emergency stop on the M90 Perth to Edinburgh motorway. This was effectively a road rage incident and there was a further charge involving a breach of the peace which was directed towards the driver of the other vehicle. A plea was eventually negotiated with the Crown to the lesser charge of careless driving which resulted in our client retaining his driving licence.
