Our client was charged with driving at an excessive and unsafe speed which resulted in a serious collision. Both cars were damaged and the passenger sustained serious injuries. The charge was eventually watered down to careless driving through negotiation with the Crown and our client received a five penalty point endorsement and a nominal fine.
