Speeding Charge Deserted In Stirling

This case was set down for trial on 12 November 2018 in Stirling Justice of the Peace Court. The Crown case was lacking in a number of crucial respects and, as a consequence, the matter was treated as "not called". We do not seek to publish the technical difficulties experienced by the Crown to protect the interests of our current and future client base.
