Great Western Road Crash Involving Pram

Our Mr Simpson appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court to mitigate in a case involving a driver failing to observe a red light traffic signal, and colliding with a pram being pushed by a mother on a pedestrian crossing, causing the pram to be propelled through the air.

Fortunately, the poor child escaped unscathed.

Our client was extremely remorseful and instructed a guilty plea at the outset of the case.

A very experienced High Court Judge dealt with sentencing and, following legal submissions, endorsed our client's licence with 8 penalty points and imposed a financial penalty.
