Speeding On The M77

Facing an allegation of travelling at 108mph on the M77 near Kilmarnock, our client faced a significant time off the road were he to be convicted of the resultant charge of speeding.  However, owing to issues with the preparation of the case on the part of the Crown, we were able to negotiate a significant reduction in the libelled speed to 98mph.  As a consequence, disqualification was avoided with our client retaining his driving entitlement.

An outstanding result when one has regard to the attitude of this particular jurisdiction to road traffic cases.
