Deferred Sentence At Perth

Kept Licence
Perth Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client approached us to provide representation at a deferred sentence at Perth.  She had pled guilty by letter to a charge of careless driving and was more than a little perturbed to receive correspondence back from the court asking her to appear personally to make representations against disqualification.  Her licence was essential to her employment and so we were brought on board to reduce the penalty.

The outcome after our appearance with her at Perth was 4 penalty points, a significant reduction from the ban that was threatened.
