100mph In 50mph Dangerous Driving Not Guilty

Our client was charged with dangerous driving on the M80 in Glasgow by hitting speeds in excess of 100mph in a 50mph limit, overtaking other motor vehicles when it was unsafe to do so and tailgating other vehicles. A serious charge with potentially serious consequences. A plea of guilty was eventually accepted to a reduced charge of careless driving and our client had 7 penalty points imposed on his licence in respect of the matter.
