109mph Speeding Dumfries No Ban

Our client had pled guilty by letter to speeding at 109mph on the A74(M). Unsurprisingly the court sent a letter requesting his personal appearance to make representations against disqualification on 9 November 2017. Having been recommended to our company by a London based firm of solicitors, we were happy to take over the case. Following our representations to the court a six penalty point endorsement was imposed - an excellent result having regard to the very high speed libelled.
