Our client was charged with speeding at 109mph on the M90 near to Gairneybridge, Perth. We were able to identify a potential evidential issue for the Crown and agreed to plead guilty to a lesser speed of 100mph. The Sheriff was thereafter persuaded to deal with the matter by imposition of six penalty points.
