A832 New Driver Escapes Ban

Our client was a new driver and subject to the 6 point limitation when accused of travelling at 107mph in a 60mph limit on the A832. We managed to persuade the Crown to accept that the driving was careless rather than dangerous and further persuaded the Court that his licence was essential to his employment and only 5 points were added to his licence along with the obligatory modest financial penalty.
