Remove Driving Ban

Licence Restored
Aberdeen Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client had a highly specialised job and his company changed his role making a driving licence essential. Unfortunately, our client was half way through a 4 year ban imposed for a second drink-driving conviction. We took a full history from our client and obtained a smorgasboard of supporting documentation. Thereafter a Petition was drafted in terms of section 42 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 and lodged with the Sheriff Court. The Petition was considered and following legal submissions at the subsequent Court hearing the Sheriff recalled the disqualification and our client's driving licence was restored to him.
