This case concluded on 10 February 2020. Our client did not accept speeding and advanced a perfectly credible position that he was merely cruising, at the speed limit, in his Rolls Royce Shadow. The case was ultimately deserted by the Crown due to a lack of evidence and our client left court with his driving licence unaffected by the allegation.
