Caught Speeding On M74 Dumfries At 106mph

Our client was caught speeding on the A74(M) Glasgow to Carlisle road at a speed of 106mph in a 70mph limit. He wished to plead guilty to the charge and we managed to persuade the Court from imposing a period of disqualification. Our client received 6 penalty points and was able to continue driving.
