Failing to Name Driver

Kept Licence
Dumfries Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

A now defunct loophole was exploited to great effect in this case. Our client was charged with failing to disclose the identity of the driver of his vehicle in relation to a speeding offence in Dumfries. A speeding ticket in Dumfries is as common as the summer rain. Our Dumfries office which covers Lanark, Dumfries and Stranraer is used to dealing with speeding cases and failing to disclose the name of the driver. Our client was advised to contact the road traffic lawyer in Dumfries by a family member who had previously enjoyed success for the same allegation. We used our legal nous to ensure that our client was acquitted of the charge.
