Dangerous Driver In Edinburgh Gets 3 Points

Kept Licence
Edinburgh Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was facing a minimum 12 month ban for an allegation of dangerous driving. He was also accused of failing to report an accident.

We were instructed to defend the case. Our client elected on the morning of the trial to try to resolve the case.
