This matter called in Glasgow Sheriff Court on 10 January 2020 for trial. The allegation was fairly serious and involved a number of pedestrians sustaining injuries, the Crown sought to argue, as a consequence of our client’s dangerous driving.

There were a number of issues with the Crown evidence and, at the end of the proceedings, our client received three penalty points and a £90 fine.
