Dangerous Driving Arbroath

Reduced Sentence
Forfar Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client had an horrendous record for high speed driving offences. On this occasion he was accused of dangerous driving by overtaking a number of vehicles when it was unsafe to do so at a speed of 106mph. We managed to negotiate a plea to a reduced charge of careless driving and had the Crown agree not to narrate the exact speed. Our client was disqualified at the discretion of the Court for a period of 6 months. We always offer realistic advice and our client was both relieved and grateful for the outcome in his case.
