Dangerous Driving Charge Reduced to Careless

This was an allegation of dangerous driving which involved excessive speeds, insufficient braking distances and swerving between lanes. The case probably fell more into the category of a road rage incident. We negotiated a reduced plea to careless driving with the Crown and our client received penalty points.
