Dangerous Driving Dropped At Glasgow Sheriff Court

Reduced Sentence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client's plea of guilty to drink-driving was tendered to the Court and, following a plea in mitigation, the Sheriff disqualified him for the statutory minimum 12 months and accepted him onto the drink driving rehabilitation course which shaved a further 3 months from the period of disqualification.
