Dangerous Driving Inverness

Kept Licence

77mph in a temporary 30mph limit would ordinarily be classed as dangerous driving in Inverness (or indeed any jurisdiction). Our client relied upon her licence for her employment and already had 3 penalty points for speeding on her licence. This was a very serious case and could have attracted a prison sentence.

After the Trial our client was found not guilty of dangerous driving and was instead convicted of the much less serious alternative charge of careless driving. Her licence was endorsed with 8 penalty points so that she could continue to drive and continue in her employment. This was a case that was won on the strength of our advocacy skills as opposed to any loopholes or technicalities.
