Dangerous Driving On The A832 At 113mph

Our client was already on 6 points for speeding when he was charged with dangerous driving on A832 by travelling at 113mph in 60mph limit in his Ferrari. He was facing an almost inevitable ban when he called our office for assistance. We advised him that all was not lost and we thought that we could perhaps persuade the Procurator Fiscal to drop the charge to one of careless driving and persuade the Court to impose penalty points instead of an outright ban. We were successful on both fronts and our client received a mere 5 penalty points and a modest fine relative to his means.
