Dangerous Driving Reduced To Careless Driving

Our client was charged with dangerous driving on the A832 by travelling at 107mph in 60mph limit. We persuaded the Fiscal to drop the charge to one of careless driving. Our plea in mitigation persuaded the Court to impose only 6 penalty points and a modest fine.
