Drink Driving Lanark Reduced Sentence

Our client was breathalysed at the roadside and failed the test. Thereafter he was transferred to hospital where a urine sample was obtained. Our client instructed a plea of guilty to be tendered. We persuaded the Court to deal with matters by imposing the minimum penalty of a 12 month ban with a further 3 month reduction upon successful completion of the Drink Driving Rehabilitation Course. A fine of £600 was also imposed by the Court. 

This case was dealt with by our Mr Simpson at Lanark Sheriff Court on 7th December 2017.
