Drink Driving Not Guilty

Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was charged with drink driving, having blown into the intoximeter and produced a reading of 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit at that time was the previous limit of 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He also didn't have the appropriate licence. Due to a procedural irregularity, our client was found not guilty after trial.
