Dundee Failure To Provide Keeps Licence

Kept Licence
Dundee Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client had been accused of - and apparently captured on video - driving whilst over the drink-drive limit and thereafter failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.

The consequences for failing to provide are often more punitive than providing a sample in excess of the prescribed limit.

Our Mr Simpson attended at Dundee Sheriff Court on 7th February 2024 and addressed the Court in mitigation resulting in 10 penalty points being endorsed on our client's licence. A truly outstanding result for a particularly nice man.
