Failing To Report Accident To Police Not Guilty

Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Charges of failing to stop and report accidents can be awkward for the Crown to prove. This particular case was heard in Glasgow Justice of the Peace Court on 25 September 2019 and our client was acquitted of all charges. Notwithstanding the CCTV footage and the evidence of five Crown witnesses, there was still no case to answer and our client was relieved to walk away from court with a clean driving licence and no criminal conviction.
