Falkirk Dangerous Driving HGV Bridge Points

Kept Licence
Falkirk Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was driving an HGV and collided with a railway bridge causing the road to be closed in both directions and disruption to the rail network.

We were instructed to defend the allegation of dangerous driving and entered a plea of Not Guilty.

Our Mr Simpson attended at Falkirk Sheriff Court on 6th December 2023 and had a meaningful discussion with the prosecutor in the case.

Our client pleaded guilty to careless driving and received 6 penalty points on his driving licence. He was also fined £470.

A great result in a raily (get it?) difficult case.

 Kept Licence!
