Reduced Sentence
Jedburgh Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath at the roadside and providing a particularly high reading (107/22) at the police station. Our advice was that a plea of guilty was the correct course of action.

Our Mr Simpson attended Jedburgh Sheriff Court on 11th March 2024 and addressed the Court in mitigation.

Following consideration, our client was disqualified for a period of 12 months. In the circumstances, this was a very good result.
