Plea Reduces Speeding Penalty

Our client was charged with speeding at 89mph in a 60mph limit which would ordinarily attract a period of disqualification. Following a successful plea in mitigation, the Court was persuaded to not to disqualify and instead only 4 penalty points were added to her licence along with a relatively modest fine of £250.
