Mobile Phone Whilst Driving Glasgow

Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

We investigated the case and persuaded the Procurator Fiscal that there was a glaring evidential hole in the case. The Procurator Fiscal was in agreement and the case was swiftly dropped before the Trial. Licence saved, job done.
