Not Guilty After Trial Careless Driving Involving Injury

Kept Licence
Dunoon Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was charged with careless driving by crossing on to the opposing carriageway and colliding with oncoming motor vehicles causing damage to both vehicles and injury to persons within both vehicles. The locus of this case was the A83 Lochgilphead to Tarbert Road. Our client was found not guilty after trial on the basis that Crown failed to lead sufficient evidence that our client was the driver at the material time.
