Not Guilty Dangerous Driving Overtaking On Blind Bend

The driving complained of in this case involved an allegation our client had the audacity to overtake a Police vehicle during an organised parade in Glasgow. Without getting involved with the politics of the occasion, suffice to say that our client was found not guilty of dangerous driving and retained his driving licence.
