Not Guilty No Insurance Glasgow

Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client had been charged with driving without insurance at North Canal Bank Street in Glasgow. Whilst the PNC check at the time revealed that there was no policy of insurance in place, our examination of the policy terms and subsequent submissions to the court at trial resulted in our client being found not guilty. With these cases it is important to remember that the policy terms are always construed against the insurer.
