Not Guilty Speeding Case Deserted

Our client was charged with speeding on the A82 at Tarbet. The speed in this case was not particularly high however a conviction would have put our client at the 12 point totting-up limit. The Crown failed to prepare their case and the matter was ultimately deserted by the court and our client managed to retain his driving licence.
