Our client was on 9 penalty points and was facing a well-prepared allegation of speeding.

Our Mr Simpson appeared and managed to persuade the Court to deal with matters by the imposition of a discretionary ban as exceptional hardship was not a viable course of action.

The Court agreed to disqualify for a period of 21 days.

Our client was delighted with the outcome.
