Speeding Glasgow

Kept Licence
Glasgow Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was not offered a speeding ticket in Glasgow for travelling at 69mph in a 30mph limit. Instead he was reported directly to the Procurator Fiscal Glasgow and faced a lengthy period of disqualification if convicted. He had been recommended to contact the road traffic lawyer by his cousin who had used our Firm successfully on a number of previous occasions. We identified a number of problems for the Crown in their attempts to prove this case. Following the trial our client was found not guilty of the charge and drove away from Court ecstatic with the result.
