Speeding Offence Dunfermline

Kept Licence
Dunfermline Sheriff Court and Justice of the Peace Court

Our client was clocked at 96mph in a 60mph limit which is comfortably into disqualification territory for speeding in Dunfermline. Fortunately, we were contacted early on in proceedings and were able to investigate the speeding allegation. Dunfermline can be a tricky Court and the Prosecutors are fairly talented so it was our expert knowledge that made the difference in this case. At the conclusion of the Crown case, we pointed out the key points (or exploited loopholes!) that the Procurator Fiscal had failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt. The Court agreed with our technical legal submissions and found our delighted client not guilty of speeding.
