Our client instructed a plea of guilty to a charge of speeding in Paisley. He was clocked at 72mph in a 40mph limit on the M8 motorway just outside of Paisley. We managed to persuade the Court to impose 4 penalty points and a modest financial penalty - not much more than fixed penalty level.
